We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our Multinational Client in Riyadh, KSA. The working Model is onsite.

Client's Specialities: Digital Transformation, Security Transformation, IT Transformation, and Workforce Transformation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Red Hat OpenShift migration project: Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Design and architect the target OpenShift environment: Define the optimal architecture for the OpenShift environment based on specific requirements and migration goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues: Identify and address technical challenges arising during the migration process, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Optimize the migrated environment: Continuously monitor and optimize the OpenShift environment for performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and deliver migration training: Educate team members on Red Hat OpenShift and the migration process to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support.
- Provide Red Hat OpenShift expertise: Serve as a go-to resource for all things Red Hat OpenShift, offering guidance and support to internal teams on Red Hat technologies, configurations, and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall Red Hat OpenShift strategy: Participate in strategic discussions and provide recommendations for enhancing OpenShift utilization within the organization, aligning with Red Hat best practices and roadmap.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience working with Red Hat OpenShift and containerization technologies.
- In-depth understanding of Kubernetes and containerization principles.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift (OCP) certification or equivalent expertise.
- Additional Red Hat certifications (OCE, RHCSA, RHCE)
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation tools.
