نعلن عن شاغر وظيفي أمين مستودع لمصنع مختص بصناعة الأثاث في مدينة الرياض-للجنسين

مقر العمل: مدينة الرياض

الشروط:

- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كأمين مستودع في مجال الأثاث.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

المهام:

- استلام المواد التي ترد إلى المستودع ومطابقة كمياتها ومواصفاتها وتخزينها حسب طبيعتها وبما يضمن حفظها بما يتوافق مع السياسات والإجراءات المنظمة.
- تحديد الأدوات والمستلزمات والأجهزة والمعدات اللازمة لحسن سير العمل وتأمينها بما يتوافق مع السياسات والإجراءات المنظمة.
- إعداد مذكرات استلام المعدات والأجهزة الفنية من قبل الشركات المختصة.
- صرف الطلبات الواردة من الجهات المختصة بموجب المستندات النظامية والعمل تجهيز وشحن البضائع إلى الجهات الرسمية التي تطلبها.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير العمل وتوثيقها وحفظها.
- حفظ المخزون.
- مراقبة المواد.
- التحميل/ التفريغ.
- جرد المخازن.

Work location: Riyadh

the conditions:
At least 3 years of experience as a warehouse keeper in the field of furniture.

Fluent in English.

missions:
Receiving the materials that come to the warehouse, matching their quantities and specifications, and storing them according to their nature, in a manner that ensures their preservation in accordance with the organizing policies and procedures.

Determine the tools, supplies, devices and equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the work and secure them in accordance with the organizing policies and procedures.

Preparing notes for the receipt of equipment and technical devices by the competent companies.

Issuance of requests received from the competent authorities according to the legal documents and the work of preparing and shipping the goods to the official authorities that request them.

Preparing, submitting, documenting and archiving work reports.

Stock keeping.

Material control.

Loading/unloading.

Store inventory.
