We are seeking a professional and experienced Female Butler for a UHNW Client in Jeddah. You will be working across his business and private residence offering him 24/7 support.
You will be employed to support the principal and their family, ensuring the highest levels of service are provided at all times. This is an all-encompassing role requiring a highly experienced and culturally aware Butler with PA skills who is able to work at the top of their field. Applicants need to be energetic and flexible in approach and thrive at working in a fast-paced environment, your working day will be hugely varied.
**Duties**:
- Liaise with the family office and household team
- Take responsibility for overseeing the smooth running, general upkeep and maintenance of the household
- Supervision of staff ensuring the highest standard and levels of service are maintained
- Coordinate travel itineraries and schedules with agent’s / family office
- PA duties including coordinating social activities and manage diaries for the principal
- Creating wardrobe inventories
- Scheduling appointments
- Wardrobe management
- Filing and management of documents
- Managing personal correspondence
- Booking restaurants
- Lifestyle management
- Travel preparation and assisting with packing
- Overseas travel with the family
- Liaising with luxury brands
- Personal shopping
- Inbox management
- Running errands
- Liaising with family members and other personal contacts
- Ensuring efficiency, harmony and high morale throughout the household
- Caring for guests and visitors
- Assisting with or overseeing the service of refreshments and meals
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English, Arabic and additional languages are a bonus
- Open to travel when needed
- Right to work in Jeddah / Riyadh
- You must be professional and presentable at all times
- You must possess excellent contactable references
