**Job Description**:
**System Administration**:
+ Manage and administer computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.

+ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

+ Implement security measures to safeguard systems and data against unauthorized access or breaches.

**Network Management**:
+ Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

+ Configure and manage network protocols, IP addressing, and VLANs.

+ Ensure network connectivity and troubleshoot connectivity issues as needed.

+ Implement network security measures and protocols to protect against vulnerabilities and threats.

**User Support**:
+ Provide technical support and assistance to end-users on IT-related issues.

+ Respond to helpdesk requests in a timely and efficient manner.

+ Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support user education.

**Data Backup and Recovery**:
+ Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies.

+ Perform regular backups of critical data and systems to prevent data loss.

+ Test backup and recovery procedures to ensure reliability and effectiveness.

**+ IT Infrastructure Planning**:
+ Assess current IT infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.

+ Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and expansions.

+ Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to implement solutions that meet organizational needs.

**Qualifications**:
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

+ Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, minimum of 5 years.

+ Proficiency in system administration, network management, and IT security.

+ Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), server technologies, and virtualization.

+ Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, PMIS, and VPNs.

+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with users at all levels of the organization.
