Provide Administrative Support within Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) overall activities andfunctions to achieve its mission, goals, objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process and productivity

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Supports the EPMO Governance & Reporting Specialist and the EPMO Governance & Reporting SeniorAnalyst by generating progress reports, mange performance dashboards and provides help desk supporton the EPM technology solution.

2. Generates reports and completes analysis and cleansing of data to provide insight to EPMO leadershipon portfolio, program and project performance.

3. Analyzes and validate reporting results for accuracy and business requirements. When there areinaccuracies, research issues to determine the source of discrepancies and identify solutions forpreventing future discrepancies.

4. Provides the EPMO Leadership with admin support on Governance, Compliance & Change Control,Portfolio Alignment & Prioritization, Risks & Issues management, Performance Reporting & BenefitManagement, Quality Assurance Support, Stakeholder Engagement, Communication & Training andPartnership Communication & Reporting.

5. Works collaboratively with all EPMO team to provide accurate reports that drive better planningmonitoring and portfolio, program and project performance.

6. Manages report requests and helpdesk requests from EPMO team.

7. Develops, modifies, maintains, and continuously improves reporting processes.

8. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.

9. Participates in self and other’s education, training, and development, as applicable.

10. Performs any other related duties, as assigned.

**Education**:
Master's or Bachelor degree in Project Management, Business Administration,Engineering, Information Technology or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
One (1) years of related experience with Master's Degree or Three (3) yearswith Bachelor's Degree.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
- Saudi National Only.- Certified of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred for Engineers. ?- Professional Certificates in Portfolio, or Program, or Project Management, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) or other related certificates is preferred.
