Everything about Al Ahsa InterContinental Hotel is dramatic, from its 16th-century castle design with views over a vast palm oasis, to its location on the edge of the world’s most expansive desert. The hotel is located near Hofuf Airport and Railways station; steps away from tourist sites like Ibrahim Palace and Al Qarah caves.

**Your day to day**
In this role you will greet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner while you prepare food and beverages for service to hotel guests and present food according to established health and presentation standards. You will clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner and clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary. The Server will perform side-work, and other opening or closing duties as required and ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout shift. You may receive guest payments and process transactions as outlined in the cash and charge procedures and may assist with other duties as assigned.

**What we need from you**
- Qualifications include some food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Excellent English Communication skills
- Warm and inviting personality
- Ability to think calmly under pressure
- You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and with a la carte, banquet and buffet styles.
- Full ability to work an array of days and shift times including night shifts, public holidays and weekends
