**Job Description**:
+ Performs difficult and complex duties requiring advanced techniques, an extensive and diversified knowledge of specialized areas of risk management and insurance principles.

+ Development and implementation of program risk management plans.

+ Utilizes independent decision-making and functions as an advanced technical specialist in risk management and insurance.

+ Assists in loss adjustment negotiations with insurance carriers and brokers.

+ Responsible for the development of risk management and loss prevention programs and develops methods for utilization through out the company.

+ Interprets and applies the organization’s policies and offers recommendations for changes in procedures.

+ Plans, conducts and supervises assignments of support specialist.

+ Reviews progress with management.

+ Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the company, its organizational structure and industry.

**Qualifications**:
+ Minimum 15 Years of experience.

+ Degree educated with risk management experience including evidence of delivery of major programs and / or programmes.

+ Experience using Enterprise Risk Management tools, for example, Active Risk Manager (ARM), Predict and Xactium.

Additional Information

+ Prior PMC experience on Giga/Mega project is a must.

+ Prior experience in the Gulf region is preferred.
