Job Title**:OKTA CIC/Auth0 Specialist**

Location: Remote / On-site (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Persistence Recruitment in conjunction with Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking an OKTA CIC/Auth0 Specialist to support our client's Public Investment Fund (PIF) 64 Billion SAR Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project in Riyadh. This role offers both remote working and on-site opportunities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Configure and maintain Auth0 tenants, connections, and identity providers based on organizational requirements.
- Implement and oversee user authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and social login options.
- Customize login flows and branding to align with organizational standards and enhance user experience.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure continuous service availability.
- Stay abreast of Auth0 features, releases, and best practices to leverage new capabilities and enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish role-based access control (RBAC) models and implement fine-grained authorization mechanisms.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of access rights to mitigate security risks and maintain compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Develop scripts and automation workflows to streamline user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management tasks.
- Respond to authentication-related incidents and service disruptions, diagnosing root causes and implementing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external support resources to troubleshoot complex authentication issues and escalate unresolved problems to vendor support when necessary.
- Document incident details, resolution steps, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Auth0 or similar identity and access management (IAM) platforms.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Auth0 tenants, connections, and identity providers.
- Strong understanding of authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and social login options.
- Familiarity with access control policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and fine-grained authorization mechanisms.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve authentication-related incidents.
- Strong scripting skills and experience developing automation workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
