**Experience: 10-12 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of VMware virtualization solutions to meet organizational needs and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support in the planning, deployment, and configuration of VMware environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, design architectural solutions, and integrate VMware technologies with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Serve as a technical authority for VMware-related projects, offering insights, best practices, and recommendations to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex VMware issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for VMware environments.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in virtualization and operating systems, incorporating relevant advancements into our VMware ecosystem.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to empower team members with VMware skills and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME), with a minimum of 10 to 12 years in designing, implementing, and managing VMware environments.
- Strong proficiency in operating systems, including Windows and Linux distributions, with a deep understanding of system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Extensive knowledge of VMware technologies, including vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, VMware NSX, and VMware vSAN.
- Hands-on experience with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for VMware administration and management tasks.
- Solid understanding of network and storage concepts, with the ability to integrate VMware solutions into complex IT infrastructures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is advantageous.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of virtualization and cloud technologies.
