Pm Tunnels

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced PM Tunnels to join our team. As a PM Tunnels at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing tunnel construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and completion of tunnel projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and make a meaningful impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage all aspects of tunnel construction projects, including budget, schedule, and resources.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Oversee quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in tunnel construction projects.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of tunnel construction techniques, specifications, and standards.
- Experience in managing large-scale tunnel projects from start to finish.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships.
- Proven leadership abilities and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Professional certifications in project management or relevant fields are desirable.
