_ **Store Keeper **_ **امين متودع**_

**Control of spare parts Receipt, Issuance and Storage**
- Receives incoming items and ensures the quantity and quality of materials as per order specifications and delivery note/packing list.
- Maintains record of items received and issued.
- Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re
- order level to order from supplier.
- Sorts out and arranges items inside and outside the storeroom for easy classification of items.
- Updates the monthly report of items received, released and stored.
- Keeps the store clean and well organized.
- To ensure co-operation with other functions is achieved at all levels.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by department manager.

**Material Management**
- Closely checks and monitors spare parts stock levels and initiates purchase requisition for stock replenishment.
- Develops and maintains efficient stock control system to ensure complete availability and continuous

operation of the plant.
- Rejects deliveries of materials that are non-conforming to required specifications and quantities and communicate to purchasing to take appropriate action.
- Submit documents of the received materials to purchasing/finance.
