**Requirements**:
Minimum of B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering.
At least 6 years of experience in Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, or Energy industries.
Analytical and Problem solving skills
Project management skills
Communications and influential skills
Ability to review and set up Patents and to distinguish which information can be shared based on confidentiality agreements in order to assure protection of intellectual property.
To define and execute process chemistry-related activities to improve the performance of existing Aromatics plants, energy and material efficiency, improve production and performance in terms of output, energy, quality, consistency and costs. For this, translating plant conditions into practical recommendations.
Contribute to Aromatics technology roadmap development as per our client strategy including improvement and growth opportunities for the existing assets. Innovation contribution to create and deliver new ideas for Aromatics project portfolio as per Business strategy and guideline.
Continuously monitor assigned plant processes actual performance (yield, production, energy, sustainability, etc) and promptly engage with Affiliates to manage short and long-term performance issues.
Create and execute new improvement projects to enhance the performance of existing Aromatics plants in terms of energy efficiency, specific feed consumption and improve the sustainability & Environmental footprints. Continuous development of Aromatics portfolio related to plant support and technology programs.
Addresses safety-related technology aspects and assesses underlying risks at advanced level of complexity to mitigate operational and safety risks.
