WSP are a prominent consultancy firm specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects, including airport, railway, metro, road, bridge, highway, and tunnel developments. Committed to delivering excellence in design and construction, we are currently seeking an experienced Architect Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

**Your new role, what's involved?**
The Wadi Safar masterplan is centered around the creation of a truly authentic and luxurious living experience, with a strong emphasis on sustainability. This vision is carefully crafted to harmonize with the surrounding natural environment, offering residents a unique and unparalleled lifestyle.

As a Master Plan Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in managing a master planning custodianship package. This role is integral to materialising the vision for sustainable, aesthetically pleasing in harmony with the surrounding natural environment, and functional spaces.
- Interface with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Oversee the design review process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, local codes, and project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Able to solve design issues in a creative and pragmatic way by developing multiple options that meet the requirements.
- Lead the coordination between master planners, architects, engineering disciplines, authorities, etc.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to address design and construction-related challenges

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- A recognized bachelor’s degree, with an overall experience of at least 15 years.
- Internationally recognized Professional Architects Registration.
- Proven experience in the Gulf region.
- Background in a consultancy firm.
- Full knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative.
- Proficient in architectural design software and project management tools (GIS, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, Photoshop, 3D Sketch Up, Aconex, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
