**Responsibilities**:

- Research and Recommendations: Conduct research and provide thoughtful suggestions for various aspects of talent development, including activities, venues, and gifts.
- Procurement: Efficiently manage and facilitate orders for gifts, office supplies, and assets and ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Announcement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of announcements, communications, or materials related to talent development activities and events.
- Quotation Coordination: Actively coordinate the process of obtaining quotations from suppliers, venues, and service providers for outings, gifts, or event venues, aiming to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Data Consolidation: Collect and consolidate data from various sources to create comprehensive reports and summaries for talent development initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze gathered data to provide insights and recommendations for future actions and improvements in our talent development programs.

Qualifications:

- A background in HR or related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent ability to research.
- Naturally sociable, friendly, and approachable personality.
