**Company Description**

In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.
**ROLE PURPOSE**
This is a technical position. Assist and participate in Technical Support Section activities and tasks. Provide technical support, technical input for proposals and studies in a Landscape Design and related Interiors Designs. Knowledge of Interior Designs or experience in designing Interiors as well as Landscape Designs would be the best for our needs.
- Provides landscape architectural input to related projects and programs.
- Coordinates landscape architectural activities with activities of other disciplines.
- Provides technical advice to other disciplines interfacing with Landscape Architecture.
- Prepares technical specifications and scope of work descriptions.
- Prepares Request for Proposal (RFP) documents with design concepts.
- Provides technical assistance during pre-bid conferences, proposal evaluations, and post-award or other contract conferences.
- Reviews A/E contractor design drawings, specifications, and calculations submittals, coordinates with the work of other disciplines and prepare written reports and review comments.
- Performs field inspections and provides professional field support as necessary during construction phases.
- Prepares technical correspondence, reports, and studies.
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (B.LS.Arch.) with 12 -18 years’ professional experience.
- Construction and design experience related to large scale community development with emphasis on site development is desirable.
- U.S. registration in the appropriate discipline or U.K. Chartered Landscape Architect with Corporate (full professional) membership of the appropriate Institution is highly desirable.
- Having a sustainability credential like LEED or BREEAM or others is highly desirable.
- The ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English is essential.
- Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences, both verbally and graphically
- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Advising proponents on the practicality of their project.
- Specifying the nature and quality of materials required
**Specific technical qualifications for the requisitioned position are identified below**:
- In depth working knowledge of the Landscape standardsers such as Time-Saver Standards for Landscape Architecture, ASTM, ANSI and others is desirable.
- Working Knowledge in design of hardscape, general irrigation, plants water demand, planting and site furniture considering outdoor signage, external lighting, water fetchers, human behavior, grading, etc, is necessary.
- Experience with painting systems and other coating systems for Outdoor structures of wood, metal, concrete, etc, is necessary.
- Knowledge of building codes or general zoning regulations related Landscape Architecture is desirable.
- Knowledge of design and construction management principles, construction techniques, standards and practices.
- Ability to independently evaluate, select and modify standard Landscape architectural techniques, procedures and criteria.
- Make frequent site visits, provide technical assistance and resolve construction issues.
- The ability of working in cad, Revit (BIM), illustrator programs and other 3d computer programs is desirable.
