We are currently looking for an experienced Credit and Collection Lead for Medtronic Saudi Arabia. Your role will be to manage the Credit and Collection (C&C) team ensuring we meet business standards and to drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.

As C&C Lead you will provide professional and focused services to Customers, making sure all incidents and issues are resolved on time, by using appropriate means. Ultimately, you will be responsible for all collections activities on the assigned portfolios as well as for the analysis of financial and other relevant information in order to assess credit risks and make necessary recommendations or deal with the exceptions.

**A Day in the Life**
- Ownership of the collection plan/strategy execution. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) driven team and individual action plans.
- Liaison between the collection company and internal stakeholders within (MDT) Month-To-Date.
- Providing the collection company with the relevant information to facilitate their work and holding regular meetings with them to review specific cases and agree on the appropriate collection plans.
- Holding regular account reviews with Regional Credit Manager to provide updates and ensure alignment with the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) collection roadmap.
- Ensuring development and maintenance of internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley Act and Medtronic policies.
- Building relationship with all stakeholders and ensure appropriate flagging and escalation are made and work closely with local resources and Middle East Africa Central Asia Turkey (MEACAT) credit teams to ensure that exceptions are highlighted, and issues get resolved.
- Assisting Regional Credit Manager to produce various financial reports as a basis to aid decision making for the senior management in coordination with Country Finance.
- Providing excellence in people management in compliance with existing policies and procedures while assuring high standard of operations and optimal service delivery.
- Planning, organizing and direct staffing activities utilizing effective recruitment, selection, training and development and coaching of employees, performance management to monitor delivery and results.

**Must Haves**
- Mid-level/bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Credit Management, Accounts Receivable and data integrity experience
- Professional, credible individual with leadership experience in a multi-national organization
- Fluency in English as well as Arabic
- Previous experience in the medical industry
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers
- Good knowledge in Government portals like (ETIMAD, KFSH, NUPCO, etc.)

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with SAP and Financial Supply Chain Management is an advantage
