He collects the department's revenues through financial receipts, then deposits them in the bank. Prepares the bank reconciliation memorandum, or the monthly interview of the bank account. The fund's account is reconciled with various accounts and data on a daily basis. The trial balance is prepared on a monthly basis. Financially audits, examines, and takes stock of the department's financial records, funds, and records on a regular basis to ensure their integrity.
