Asset Management Specialist

job Summary: As an Asset Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize the management of company assets throughout their lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of assets, minimize costs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments, conducting asset assessments, monitoring performance, and providing recommendations for improvement. You will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, reducing risks, and enhancing the overall asset portfolio of the organization.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective utilization and maintenance of company assets.
- conduct regular assessments of assets, including physical inspections, condition assessments, and financial analysis to determine their value and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assets, including acquisition details, maintenance history, and disposal records.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in asset management, preferably in a corporate or institutional setting.
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements, such as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in using asset management software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial and technical data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Asset Management: 2 years (required)
