The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of all operational aspects within our NEOM operations. Based in Duba/Tabuk and reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Operational Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple accommodation facilities, including but not limited to Hotels, Apartment complexes or housing units.
- Develop and implement standardized operational procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across all locations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

2) Client Relations:

- Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

3) Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, including community supervisors, maintenance supervisors and support staff.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and job performance.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the operations team.

4) Facility Management:

- Ensure all accommodation facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to preserve the condition and functionality of property assets.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades as needed.

5) Budgeting and Financial Management:

- Develop annual operational budgets in collaboration with senior management, forecasting expenses and revenue targets for each accommodation facility.
- Monitor budget performance, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

6) Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing accommodation facilities, including health and safety regulations
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing appropriate controls and procedures to minimize exposure to liability.
