**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize the use of Power Platform to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Power Platform and related technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance standards are maintained across all solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of data integration, API management, and database concepts.
- Proficient in coding and scripting for automation solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a similar role within the public or private sector is preferred.
