**Job description**
- Secure to do process and functional design activities.
- Secure to assist in developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
- Secure to do planning and executing data conversion activities.
- Secure to driving test planning and execution.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 SCM and related solutions and their value in solving business problems.
- Responsible for the testing of the new changes on the backup environment with functional responsible (“Country Super User”) and make sure that proper communication/training in coordination with the Country Superuser is made to the affected users before importing into the production system(s).
- Secure that issues that may arise in Microsoft Dynamics are appropriately investigated and resolved according to the SLA between Stores and Country Office.
- Secure the data integrity in all business units.
- Secure that “Country SuperUser” is aware of IT processes within their role.

**Qualification** Educational Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree: Computer scince / Information Technology

**Technical Skills**
- 5+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (Trade & Logistics) functionality for handling Procurement and Sourcing, Sales Order, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Transportation, Master Planning, Distributed Order Management (DOM) and Intelligent Order Management (IOM)
- Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems
- Ability to lead projects
- Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation
- Experience in retail is preferred
- Production (manufacturing) experience is preferred

**Communication skills**
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication
