We are Looking for a** Head of Communications** for one of our well-known clients based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

**Title**:Head of Communications & PR (Saudi National)

**Location **:Riyadh, KSA

**Experience**: 10+ Years of Experience.

**Industry**:Must have experience of working for a multi-cultural company.

**Job Purpose**: The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the strategic development and execution of all internal and External communications as well as employee engagement programs with the aim to build greater understanding of the business strategy, culture, and values of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Internal Communication**
- Develop and implement Division-wide internal strategies to ensure information is effective conveyed within the organization.
- Act as a strategic partner and provide writing aid to the team for effective content creation.
- Serve as senior counsellor for Innovation responsible for driving internal change communications within the organization.
- Make sure the change management communication strategies are seamlessly executed to reduce resistance.
- Establish and track metrics that help correlate internal communications programs to employee productivity and organization performance.
- Manage, coordinate, and execute a number of complex internal communications projects within stringent timelines and budget parameters.

**External communications**
- **
**Develop and implement an competent external communication strategy to ensure the organization’s image is well-represented to all external stakeholders.
- Manage all organizational interactions with external media and serve as corporate spokesperson for all topics within responsibility.
- Coordinate external outreach, leveraging key contacts and managing relationships with all stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, agencies, graphic designers, printers, other business partners and freelancers (whenever the need arises).
- Monitor and ensure the activities on external platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn are in line with the company goals.
- Coming up with innovative ideas to Increase the firms social media presence.
- Plan content and oversee implementation for quarterly global business update meetings and other global event. (GCC centric).
- Maintain good relations with the Ministry and government entities.

**Public Relations**
- **
**Develop PR strategies to build and enhance media relations (If need be), Government relations and relations with the general public.
- Organize PR events and activities while acting the spokesperson for the organization.
- Prepare and submit PR reports to illustrate the outcome of the events conducted.

**Employee engagement programs**
- Establish the company employee engagement program, including identifying and implementing communications opportunities to connect leadership with employees, and developing key messages and communications materials.
- Represent the voice of the employee to leadership and also reflect employee voice in messaging.
- Ensure all communications to onboarding, retention and related aspects are conveyed to the employees.
- Ensure you’re constantly working towards developing a welcoming and inclusive environment for the employees.
- Proven problem solving ability that can identify source of problems, impact of problems and recommended solutions.

**Qualification, Experience and Skills**:
**Qualification**: Master’s degree holder in Related discipline.

**Experience**:

- Min 10 years of experience in developing strategies for internal and external communications with strong exposure and understanding of the importance of employee engagement activities**.**
- Experience of working for a multi-cultural organization.
