2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

3. Design user-friendly and responsive web interfaces, ensuring an optimal user experience across different devices and browsers.

4. Implement front-end components and features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular, React, or Vue.js) while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

5. Develop robust and scalable back-end systems using server-side languages and frameworks (such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or ASP.NET).

6. Design and manage databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and integrity.

7. Write well-structured, reusable, and maintainable code that follows industry standards and best practices.

10. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and propose innovative solutions to improve the development process and end-user experience.

12. Ensure code versioning and maintain proper documentation of the development process and project requirements.

13. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge.

14. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong portfolio of past projects.

3. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.).

4. Strong understanding of back-end technologies, including server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, C#, etc.) and frameworks (Express.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, etc.).

5. Experience with database management systems (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

6. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN) and collaborative development workflows.

9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

10. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

11. Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
