**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager with Business development skills to help us coordinate, manage and optimize our marketing programs and campaign, analyzing market trends and identify market opportunities relevant to gaming industry

IEG

Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Job description

1. Analyzing market trends and identify market opportunities relevant to gaming industry.

2. Proposing, executing and coordinating with game operation team on game marketing campaigns both online and offline.

3. Supporting headquarter team with local market insights and resources.

4. Identifying and generating new business opportunities.

5. Developing, activating and managing BD projects.

6. Coordinating with team on achieving target of each campaign.

7. Maintaining good relationship with local partners.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

2. At least two years' experience as a marketing manager/BD manager.

3. Proficiency in marketing.

4. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

5. Superb communication, and collaboration abilities.

6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Experience on gaming or Internet industry will be a plus.
