**Education**: BS Finance and Accounting, CFA (preferred) Languages: English is a must (Arabic would be a plus)

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide accurate and timely reports to management.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis. Identify areas of concern and propose corrective actions.

**Financial Modelling**: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate financial viability, investment opportunities, and return on investment. Analyses scenarios, perform sensitivity analysis, and present findings to support decision-making.

**Investment Analysis**: Assess potential investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, and market investments. Conduct due diligence, financial valuation, and risk assessment. Prepare investment proposals and present recommendations to management.

**Financial Reporting**: Prepare periodic financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide insightful analysis and commentary on financial performance, key metrics, and variances to budget/forecast.

**Financial Planning and Strategy**: Contribute to the development of the company's financial strategies and long-term plans. Provide input on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and capital allocation decisions.

**Risk Management**: Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. Monitor market conditions, regulatory changes, and industry trends that may impact the organization's financial performance

**Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and executive management. Effectively

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A masters degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate finance or investment banking environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using financial software, databases, and advanced Excel functions.
Familiarity with investment analysis techniques and valuation methods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present complex financial information to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
