**Responsibility**:

- You will manage the various indirect purchasing categories including marketing, facility, professional services to support Lucid's expansion in KAEC.
- Use your category expertise to identify cost drivers/trends and use this to create best-in-class procurement strategies.
- Work alongside Supply Chain, IT, engineering, manufacturing to identify, source, contract new vendors.
- Conduct RFI, qualify vendors and contractors for procurement requests.
- Create RFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations from suppliers and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time and technical considerations.
- Drive supplier selection working with business stakeholders.
- Negotiate framework contracts.
- Manage purchase orders and delivery of requested items.
- Interact with all levels of the company with routine administrative support.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (business, finance, supply chain, IT systems etc.)
- Experience working across various indirect purchasing categories including utilities services, professional services, facility, and automotive consumables.
- The ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the business from analyst to VPs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of resilience to deal with urgent requests, and mínimal information. Works well with various teams.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and hands on execution. Creative, calculated risk taker with the ability to manage difficult suppliers and resolve disputes while preserving relationships with suppliers and internal staff.
- Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities
- Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
- Applicable year of experience 5-7 years
