**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reimbursements
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records
- Reconcile and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a professional services or corporate environment is a plus
