**QA/QC Inspector - Onshore Wind Farm - Saudi Arabia**
- *3 x Separate roles available for: Civil, Electrical, Turbines*_

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Inspector to join our team as we embark on a large-scale onshore wind farm project in Saudi Arabia. As a QA/QC Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and compliance of quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. This position is with the owner-operator of the wind farm, and you will be responsible for overseeing the construction, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control procedures and standards in compliance with industry regulations and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to verify compliance with project specifications, design standards, and applicable codes.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of construction activities, including civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural works, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment, materials, and components to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
- Review project documentation, including drawings, technical specifications, and reports, to identify and address potential quality issues or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related concerns, providing technical expertise and guidance as necessary.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality deviations and improve overall project performance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformities, ensuring proper tracking and resolution of identified issues.
- Participate in project progress meetings and provide regular updates on quality assurance and control activities, highlighting areas of concern and recommending mitigation measures.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control roles, specifically in large-scale onshore wind projects.
- Strong knowledge of international standards and best practices related to wind farm construction and quality management.
- Proven experience in conducting inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations governing wind farm construction, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
