**Position Overview**:
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed within budget. Key duties include:

- Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
- Conducting feasibility studies, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
- Managing tender processes, analyzing bids, and negotiating contracts.
- Monitoring project progress and performing cost control throughout project phases.
- Preparing detailed reports and collaborating with project stakeholders for effective financial planning.

A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience, is required. Familiarity with construction costs, contracts, and industry standards is essential.
