**Company Description**

is seeking a motivated Manager, Regional Treasury to lead the Treasury team in KSA. Reporting to the MENA Regional Treasurer, this person will be responsible for building the firm's KSA Treasury operations.

What you'll be doing
- Head the Treasury team in KSA, managing one person to begin with.
- Managing merchant payment queries and help to complete day to day merchant settlements on various regional and international banking platforms
- Ensure monitoring and reconciliation of transactions and payment volumes across all our systems daily
- Review and supervise the Scheme and Safeguarding reconciliations process.
- Manage, maintain and develop banking relationships for day to day operations.
- Daily cash / liquidity management and ensuring adhering to Group Treasury policies and procedures.
- Reviewing and putting in place robust processes in accordance with applicable Prudential regulations such as Safeguarding, Liquidity / Capital Management, etc.
- Developing appropriate metrics around Treasury activities such as payments dash boards, cash forecasts, etc.
- Leading technical integrations with Treasury Management Systems to help automate processes
- Representing Treasury in all local product related discussions / roll outs and ensuring Treasury / Finance requirements are appropriately factored into all discussions
- Liaising with the local regulator on Finance / Treasury related queries and being responsible for ensuring appropriate local governance processes are in place

**Qualifications**

About you:

- Minimum 7-10 years of Treasury experience
- In-depth understanding of transactional payment processes
- Experience in Treasury topics including Liquidity and Capital Management, ALM, etc
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight delivery timelines
- Demonstrated experience of working within the financial services industry
- Experience of interacting with regulators on Finance and Treasury topics
- People leadership skills would be beneficial
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel
- Process driven - You understand processes intuitively, are highly organised, and are constantly on the lookout to improve the way you work. You love tweaking things.
- Collaborative - You seek first to understand and then to be understood. You communicate your actions and intentions clearly - verbally as well as in written form.
