**Responsibilities**:

- Support consulting team in primary and secondary research, project management, developing deliverables, and present the deliverables to clients to our regional as well as global clients.
- Take complete responsibility for client satisfaction, attention to detail, and building up expertise.
- Conduct in depth business-to-business research, analyse industry trends and data, and generate client focused reports, briefings, presentations and other project material focused on the ICT industry / clients in the Middle East region.
- Authoring reports and thought leadership deliverables.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Delivery of high-quality consulting deliverables independently or with the support of the team, which also reflects in client satisfaction scores.
- Develop relationships with clients and other stakeholders within the regional ICT community.
- Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded
- Develop excellent quality content
- Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience

Qualifications:

- Research and consulting skills with thorough understanding of research methodologies, and ability to acquire, analyse and manage information.
- Excellent presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Engineering or MBA
- 3 to 5 of research experience, preferably in Computer Science / Information Technology / Telecom.
- Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage to strong command on written and spoken English.
- Are Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
- Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
- Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
