**Job Description: Project Control Engineer (M/F) - Riyadh, Head-Office**:
ILF Consulting Engineers Saudi Arabia is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Control Engineer to join our Head-Office department in Riyadh. As a Project Control Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by providing effective project control and monitoring.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing project control procedures and systems.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio schedules, costs, and resource utilization to identify variances, trends, and potential risks or issues.
- Provide regular reports on portfolio performance, including schedule status, cost performance, and project risks.
- Conduct regular project cost reviews, analyze cost reports, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain portfolio risk management processes, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks.
- Stay updated with industry trends, project controls methodologies, and tools. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance project controls capabilities within the organization.
- Coordinate with procurement and contract management teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project-related contracts, change orders, and claims.
- Coordinate preparation of project audits documentation and information, recommend and actively participate in project audits.
- Maintain project portfolio central information repository.
- Support development and implementation of project controls strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective project management and adherence to industry best practices.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to projects to ensure high-quality project controls deliverables.
- Guide and support establishing of project control baselines, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Support project managers and functional teams with development and maintaining project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in project control and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also have a good understanding of project management principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Requirements: Project Control Engineer (M/F) - Riyadh, Head-Office**:

- 5 years of experience in project controls, estimation, and planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, including scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
- Proficient in using project controls software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and cost management tools.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project controls tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Scheduling professional (PMI-SP) or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) are highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques, is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
