You will lead to drive sales performance through providing analytical and intellectual input to senior management, in order to optimize resource allocation, advise on potential challenges & opportunities and implement pragmatic SFE tools that enable better performance.

Your day at Ferring

Drive salesforce productivity and optimization- Streamline and standardize sales processes, methodologies, and tools across teams and countries to ensure consistency and efficiency, identify gaps in these existing processes and propose solutions to improve sales effectiveness.- Establish performance metrics, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each team and regularly monitor progress and ensure regular SFE reports to various levels of users with diagnostic and follow-up actions.- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance sales productivity.- Provide data analytics & insight on business opportunity & risk from productivity report and other various analysis.- Manage CRM tool and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT and CRM administrators, to implement and maintain sales tools and systems.

Responsible for Salesforce Incentive Plan (scheme design & calculation)- Design comprehensive and equitable incentive programs and initiatives that reward desired behaviors and drive sales team performance, considering regional and country-specific dynamics. Continuously evaluate and refine the incentive schemes based on feedback, market dynamics, and sales team performance.- Develop effective communication strategies to educate sales teams on the incentive scheme, its objectives, and the associated performance metrics.- Manage Top-sales recognition criteria.

Enhance Sales Force Effectiveness through Training and Development- Work with regional commercial / sales managers to assess the training needs of sales teams and develop and implement appropriate and comprehensive training programs that effectively enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of the sales force, leading to increased sales productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster effective collaboration and communication between sales teams and other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance.- Work closely with the regional commercial / sales managers to adapt and align strategies and processes to meet local requirements, share best practices, and ensure consistent implementation of sales initiatives.

Support Digital Transformation and Carry Out Digital Roadmap including managing the Omnichannel strategy within the region.

- University degree or above- At least 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry- Strong analytical skills, effective people communication and willing to do attitude Team player.- CRM implementation & operation experience is a plus.
