**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Handover Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive handover plan that outlines all necessary steps and requirements for project completion.
- Ensure the handover strategy aligns with project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clients, operations teams, and subcontractors, to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all handover-related inquiries and issues.
- **Final Inspections**:

- Organize and conduct final inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Address any punch-list items and ensure all deficiencies are resolved prior to the formal handover.
- **Documentation Management**:

- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all handover activities and communications.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to the client’s operational teams on the use and maintenance of completed systems and facilities.
- Develop user guides and training materials as needed.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Evaluate the handover process post-completion to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ yearsProven experience in project management, specifically in handover or commissioning roles within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
