**Shape our training program**

This position is accountable for the service delivery performance for the assigned region across all product portfolios as well as driving service delivery productivity

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Working to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for service delivery improvement purposes. Standardization of processes, tools and performance management system.
- Working closely with project managers and process leaders providing advice and guidance across the regions to ensure compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes, and effective management of budget and resource-have a deep understanding of the financial data associated with the business.
- Working with multiple businesses and teams to gather process and system data for integrating into a centralized service management system.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event
- Service Delivery Tools implementation driver and SME : Technical Assessments, Job Center, Project Readiness Assessments (PRA), Process Compliance Assessments (PCA), Executive Corrective Action Board (ECAB), FRACAS / MaPS
- Providing support on Operations Standards management
- Performing Incident investigation : Root Cause Analysis, Action Items and Lessons Learned distribution of Incidents
- Performing Service Delivery Performance analysis and formulating + working with region and country to establish and execute sustainability actions
- Perform Cost of Quality assessment and recovery plan

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Have Minimum 5 years experience in Technical Support in Cementing
- Have experience in cementing using multi stage tool.
- Have experience in cement losses circulation systems
- Display initiative, is self-driven & flexible
- Have Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Have Ability to develop and mentor others
- Have Good communication skills
