Senior Landscape Project Manager Job Vacancy KSA. We are seeking to recruit a Senior Landscape Project Manager for a position with a Leading Project Management Consultancy for their offices in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The position will be working on a highly prestigious project in the area for a very high net worth client.

**Senior Project Manager Landscape Saudi Arabia KSA**:
**ALL** the following requirements **MUST** be met
- Above all this position specifically requires a 3 year Degree Qualification in Landscape Architecture Civil Engineering or another related Degree Qualification. It is a MANDATORY requirement.
- Professional Certifications and Licenses such as PMP or a chartered status
- Stafford Lawrence is seeking a Senior Project Manager for this position. So, you should have experience working with a Project Management Consultancy in Senior Project Management position. The role will be based in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- For this position our client requires a **minimum of 14 years experience** Post Degree experience in total, from the year you attained your Degree Qualification.
- In addition at least **5-7 years of Landscape Project Management Experience**
- Previous **Middle East experience **is a requirement for this job vacancy. This does not have to be experience in KSA, other middle east locations will be considered such as UAE, Qatar Bahrain, etc.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with local and regulations related to landscape design and construction.
- Please note: As per Saudi law, we require an expat who is under the retirement age of 60

**Job Description Senior PM Landscape**:

- You will be responsible for and have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale landscape projects from inception to completion
- Responsible for developing and managing project budgets schedules and resources effectively and deliver the project to time and to budget.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, CAD, and other relevant design and project management software.
- Knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Review design plans, contracts and project documentation.
- The Ability to lead and motivate project teams of Architects Engineers contractors and subcontractors.
- Understand and address the clients needs and expectations as well as building relationships.
- Adhere to project specifications, working alongside team members, clients, vendors and regulatory agencies.

**Salary & Benefits**:
An excellent total package salary is available for this Senior Landscape Project Manager Vacancy

The salary banding provided by our client is **45,000-65,000 SAR** per month total package. **PLEASE NOTE**: Our client can be slightly negotiable for the right person who meets ALL requirements.
- Overtime payment for the 6th day on top of the package stated above
- In addition, Medical cover is provided on top of the total package
- Bonus as per Saudi
- Mobilisation and demobilisation flights.
- Visa costs
