**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Excellence and Quality Management**: Drive initiatives to establish and uphold standards of operational excellence and quality management frameworks.
- ** Contract Management**: Oversee contracting processes, including negotiations, vendor management, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- ** Project Planning and Execution**: Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, to align project deliverables with expectations.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate project success and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective collaboration.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- ** Education**: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- ** Experience**:
- 18+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in **operating models**, **quality management systems**, and **contracting processes**.
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on operational excellence.
- ** Certifications**: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications are highly desirable.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms.
- ** Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and drive organizational change.
