KONE Middle East & Africa (KMEA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through direct presence in 12 countries and more than 60 distributor markets within the region. To complement our growth plans, New Equipment Volume Business is a strategic priority, and we have a unique opportunity for someone who has a passion to drive our new installation business in Saudi Arabia and based in Riyadh.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Installation Manager to be based in our Riyadh office. In this role, you will lead a team of Installation Supervisors and be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of all major projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. The Installation Manager position will also require you to managed specific large projects where your will be accountable for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of the assigned project(s). You will be the interface with all key stakeholders both internally and externally during the project, especially focusing on continuous, proactive collaboration with the customer. As an Installation Manager you will plan, direct and coordinate the project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools with the primary objective of customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.
- What will you do?_
- Overall accountability for project scope, schedule, and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives.
- Be responsible for Installation capacity planning and accountable for optimized resource (people and tools) utilization.
- Actively monitor and report installation performance and ensure action on deviations.
- Manage the project deliverables in line with project plan and ensure continuous full chain project monitoring and control.
- Support Supervisors with customer interaction on site as well as with installation related customer disputes and escalations management.
- Effective stakeholder management through the project management process.
- Regular project status effectively communicated to KONE management and to customer.
- Effective leader and coach with the ability to motivate a successful team.
- Manage the competence, activities, and performance of Installation Supervisors
- Proactively manage the capacity of his/her team as per the decisions made in the Sales and Operations planning process.
- Perform site and process audits within his/her team to ensure compliance with installation methods, safety policies and KONE Way / locally agreed practices.

Are you the one?
- 5 + years of relevant experience in Installation Management and/or Project Management.
- Experience in the elevator & escalator industry with knowledge of KONE processes an advantage.
- Bachelors Degree with strong relevant technical background.
- Strong Communication skills - as an Installation Manager you will often have to interact with various stakeholders so the ability to communicate & present complex data is important.
- Highly motivated, goal oriented with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.
- Ability to effectively evaluate business performance and identify initiatives to drive positive results.
- Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
