**Signalling Expert (Design) - Saudi Arabia**

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialists are supporting a leading European consultancy and are requiring a Signalling Engineer for a new railway project in Saudi Arabia

My client is the PMC on this project, and away from the region they are involved with many other major railway projects and are regarded as one of the market leaders within their field.

**Mission**:

- Evaluate the solutions and to propose different approaches.
Assess the plans and strategies for every intervention over the facilities already in operation.
- Ensure the signaling systems design is fully compliant with the Projects Requirements, attending mainly to the following systems:

- Identify and validate the resolution of all the interfaces regarding the signaling systems
Propose and evaluate solutions either during the Design development or during Construction and
- Commissioning for any relevant issue related with or involving with the signaling systems' works.
Analyze and validate the Field Design Change proposals.

**Requirements for the role are**:

- Minimum of 20 years of previous professional experience in design of railway signaling systems
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or higher
- Must have on-site experience
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of ERTMS systems
