**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Co-op Trainee to support the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in human resources and an opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, such as document collection and orientation coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Help in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects and process improvement initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s/Diploma degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to new challenges.
