This ambitious project aims to revolutionize the tourism and cultural landscape through multi-billion USD Giga Projects.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Experience Business Analysis**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for enhancing customer experience.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes related to **Sitecore, Kentico, Wordpress, Ticketing Platforms, and Event Management.**

2. **Process Improvements and Efficiencies**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the customer experience domain.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for project implementation.

3. **Stakeholder Interaction**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain open communication channels, being customer-facing, and fostering a collaborative environment.

4. **Soft Skills and Ownership**:

- Demonstrate excellent soft skills, including being customer-facing, a great communicator, intercultural knowledge, taking ownership, and emotional intelligence.

5. **Presentation and Documentation**:

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of business requirements and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
- Knowledge of Customer Experience technologies, including Sitecore, Kentico, Wordpress, Ticketing Platforms, and Event Management.
- Exceptional soft skills, including being customer-facing, a great communicator, intercultural knowledge, taking ownership, and emotional intelligence.
