IT Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company's ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Oversee server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions, optimizing efficiency and scalability.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in server administration, including Windows and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
