**Your Profile**
- Approved Polytechnic/ Vocational School graduate with EHS Qualifications/ Certifications in Workplace Health, Environmental and Safety.
- Proven EHS experience at Shop Services or FS Sites.
- Preferably with ISO:45001, ISO:14001, NEBOSH, IOSH Certification and EHS Internal Audit Training
- 1-2 years of basic EHS work experience, knowledge with demonstrated communication skills and handling of key EHS Roles & Responsibilities with implementation, control and monitoring talents.
- Competent EHS skills and knowledge of EHS Operational Control and EHS Management requirements in Industrial Shop Services and/or Field Services
- Understanding of the procedures of multiple EHS reporting, recording, incident investigating, and operating processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Good command of English
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
- Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
- Fair knowledge in MS Office suite

**Your Responsibilities**
- Conduct pre-operational risk assessments (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment - Aspects Identification & Impact Assessment and COSHH Assessment) at shop services, sites and prepare risk mitigation and effective control measures.
- Ensure the required Legal and other requirements are complied as per the Saudi Laws and Siemens Energy Guidelines.
- Gather / collect all the required documentation, operational checks, and reports as per the EHS Management System and submit it to the Field Assembly Manager regularly.
- Support and implement Siemens Energy Zero Harm Programs.
- Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental issues.
- Conduct and lead project meetings as required on EHS related issues.
- Assist in developing EHS plans that comply with Company EHS Policy, Objectives based on EHS Manual, Procedures, Operational Controls as well as client Customer’s EHS requirements
- Conduct Toolbox Talks/Meetings, EHS Orientation, Induction Trainings.
- Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment & Aspect Identification and Impact Assessment and ensure those are implemented as part of the Project Sites.
- Full compliance to the Siemens Energy Incident Management process and conduct/ support the Incident Investigations to find the proper root cause of near misses, incidents, non-conformance and complaints as received or reported from staff members, customers, clients and contractors and report the result to the EHS Manager.
- Perform Site EHS Inspections, Assessments, Audits on work to be performed with at all activities.
- Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis, Job Hazard Analysis, TAKE 5 and inspect job site activities particularly during hazardous or critical work situations.
- Ensure that appropriate emergency preparedness & response plans are place, follow the customer emergency protocols.
