To ensure that primary accounting records are accurate and balanced with all month-end activities and entries are booked in accordance with the company Audit Plan while maintaining an accurate records and KPI for the monthly accruals and amortization process and dashboard in addition to other GL reporting requirements.
1. Accounting Data entry:
- Enter financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger and preparing reports and ensuring its accuracy.
- Perform account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
- Gather supporting documents for record keeping
- Keep up to date with regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting and ensure the financial information is compliant.
2. Dashboard & Reporting:
- Align general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information by collaborating with other departments.
- Provide all documents required by the internal and external auditors.
- Develop accruals and amortization schedule dashboard to monitor all outstanding commitments.
- Assist in categorizing the risk assessment of balances.
- Review supplier and other payments proper GL coding and cost allocating.
- Prepare LC related requirements and reports.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting
