Are you a passionate and experienced Italian chef ready to lead a team and elevate fine dining in Riyadh?

We are seeking a talented and dedicated **HEAD CHEF** to join the team of a prestigious luxury dining destination in the heart of Riyadh. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing exquisite Italian dishes that exceed our guests’ expectations.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Develop and implement seasonal menus featuring authentic Italian cuisine
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, hygiene, and safety
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Control food costs and ensure profitability
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and productive work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end Italian restaurant
- Proven track record of creating and executing innovative and delicious Italian dishes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Passion for Italian cuisine and a commitment to quality
