**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects with a focus on transport and urban planning, including roads, highways, bridges, railways, and public transit systems.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support throughout all project phases.
- Establish project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project milestones, deadlines, and financial targets.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies and resolutions to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, presentations, and updates to clients, senior management, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, innovation, and knowledge sharing among project team members.
- Mentor and coach junior staff members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to facilitate their professional development and growth.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects, particularly in transport and urban planning.
- Professional certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with the ability to effectively manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure planning, design, and construction principles, as well as relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
