In just two years, we've facilitated hundreds of thousands of transactions across 150+ locations in the Kingdom, maintained 10,000 active listings at any given time, earned the distinction of being the 10th most downloaded e-commerce app in KSA for 2023, and received more than 5 million app downloads.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Account & Portfolio Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electronics business sellers, ensuring consistent performance and high satisfaction levels. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they meet growth and performance targets.
- **
Customer Success & Partner Engagement**:
- Take ultimate accountability for the growth of electronics business sellers (B2C) on the platform. Ensure sellers are supported in achieving success through guidance on market trends, platform features, and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and retention.
- Act as a liaison between business sellers and internal teams, advocating for partner needs.

Sales & Growth Strategy**:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand electronics business sellers’ offerings and improve performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to local markets.
- Provide training and resources to partners to optimize their sales on the platform.
- **
Market Insights & Competitor Analysis**:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior, particularly within the electronics sector.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance Soum’s local store experience and competitive edge.
- **
Business Development & Hunting**:
- Proactively identify and onboard new electronics business sellers to the platform, driving new account acquisition.
- Focus on business development efforts, expanding the seller base by targeting new electronics shops, telecom centers, and other relevant sellers.
**Requirements**:
- ** Experience**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in account/portfolio management, business development, customer success, or sales.
- Experience in the electronics sector, specifically in managing electronics shops, telecom centers, or B2B sales, is a strong advantage.
- **
Skills**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive growth and onboard new sellers. Leadership skills with the ability to coach and guide a team to meet sales targets while overseeing some of the largest accounts yourself.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and implement impactful actions.
