Quantity Surveyor

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Evaluate bids and proposals from contractors and suppliers.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors.
- Track and analyze project costs and expenses.
- Monitor and control project budgets and financial performance.
- Prepare progress reports and provide cost-related updates to project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and cost estimating software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and practices is a plus.
