**Primary Purpose of The Position**:

- Inspect materials, tools and equipment delivered for conformity with quantity and
- Specifications as stated in invoices and records.
- Places items received in proper bins, maintains and update stock record and
- Periodically reconciling balances with accounting records.
- Issues item’s requisitioned upon receipt of approved requisitions.
- Notifies superior of items nearing minimum stock level, secures latter’s approval
- of purchase requisitions of such items.
- Sees to proper and orderly stacking of materials, tools and equipment’s in stockroom,
- ensures that these are guarded against loss, damage, pilferage or obsolence.
- Follows-up with purchaser on status of items ordered.
- Performs clerical work related jobs.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of storeroom.
- Performs other related duties to be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

Knowledge & Skills_**:

- Good in English
- Can use computer & different MS office programs
- Familiar with manufacturing industries
