**JOB TITLE: Clinical Pharmacist**

**Education and Licensure**:

- Pharmacy Practice Residency program (PGY-l) certificate after bachelor degree, Master degree or Pharm.D programs.
- Valid license from SCFHS with clinical pharmacy Category.
- **Preferred**: Specialized Residency Program, Fellowship in specialized area of Clinical Pharmacy, and Board of Pharmacy Specialties.

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum of one (1) year experience in direct patient care acquired through pharmacy practice residency program.

**Preferred**: Five (5) years' experience in the same field.

**Specialized Knowledge & Skills**:

- Fluent in written and spoken English, fluency in Arabic would be of advantage.
- Good general health, able to work extended hours under stress, isolation and at high altitudes, Mobility, near visual acuity and no uncorrected audiological problems.
- Ability to obtain, organize, and interpret patient data.
- Ability to evaluate medications therapy.
- Ability to develop and implement pharmacotherapy plan.
